"After receiving notice from my previous insurance company that my rates were increasing I reached out to Adam and his team for a quote. I worked with Teresa Ybarra who was wonderful. She was able to offer me the same auto coverages I previously had but saved me a couple of hundred dollars a month. For my homeowners there was a slight decrease in rate but I gained so many coverages that I did not even realize that I didn't have with my old carrier. Teresa took the time to completely go through the policy with me and explain every coverage, which nobody had ever done before. I wasn't covered before for so many things that could have potentially been disastrous. Thank you Teresa Ybarra and Adam Leggett State Farm for reminding me that good customer service still exists! I could not be happier to have made the switch, more for your attentiveness and customer service than the savings."

"The first wrong decision I’ve taken so far in 2023 is to get insurance with these people who don’t care about their customers or their safety !! They just decided to cancel my insurance with no valid reason, no notification, they have my email, my phone number. They just mailed the cancellation documents on 01/15/2023 to my address which I didn’t get to see until 02/13/2023 because I was out of town! However they made sure to take the payment of 170$ on 01/17/2024. So for the whole month I thought I was fine since my insurance is paid…!! Yesterday I wasted the whole day talking on phone , they said there is an accident in my records which is not true and I have proof of that and they didn’t get further information about it. And they never asked me about any information before. The lady at the office literally asked me to remove this review so she can fix this problem!! They kept telling me yesterday we are working on this issue all day until few minutes before they close (so I don’t bother them at the office) I got a call from them and they just tell me I have to deal with this issue by my self, they send me 100$ refund and now my auto insurance is lapsed!"
